-Give your employees competitive wages
-Give employees a chance to move up in the company. Install ranks like the military with compensation to go with it.
-Get rid of some of your managers who are just dead weight with the company.
-Keep an eye on your company and watch what goes on within and make changes as needed.
-Write a set of policies and procedures for all employees including managers to abide by and enforce with no discrimination.
-Stop bragging about how well the company is doing and doing nothing for the people who is giving you all the success. (Big morale killer)
-Give your employees a reason to be proud of where they work by showing respect for what they endure daily and help eliminate some of the problems they face because of the lazy managers who don't give a concern at all.
