Here's a novel idea....Don't call someone and ask them to go work a 12 hour shift when they just got off a 16 hour shift!!!!!! Train your frickin' dispatchers!!!!!! AND don't threaten firing employees for refusing to work OT when they already have 60+ hours for the week.

I was asked to sit down and fill out a 2 page paper that had all the interview questions on it.

I was assaulted by a fellow guard, co-worker, who had an anger problem and had it out for me, even after I tried to bring up his aggressive behavior as a concern. Since there was no camera evidence and behind closed doors they fired me and the aggressor. They hire anyone off the street, many payroll issues, scheduling issues. They never hold anyone accountable, say for constant tardiness, the payroll mistakes and scheduling mistakes, or any other mistake really. This is due to the high turnover rate, they cant punish people or hold them accountable because they just need warm bodies. This is at the detriment of good workers. Overall its the worst company I've ever worked for, if you do work for them expect to be treated as nothing more than a warm body.

Nothing to fear you'll get hired dear lol.... 2-3 interview questions and your hired. "Are you open to working 2nd and 3rd shift" yes... "what are your one of your biggest strenghts" my answer " always being reliable and giving a helping hand to everyone whether it's an elderly, a family or friend" ....interviewer "ok great can you stand against the white wall while I take your photo and in 1hr you'll receive an email from me on where to take your drug test" once I receive your test results I'll send you to do your 2nd interview with the HR manager then to do fingerprinting and badging at ohare Airport.
