This is a big money corporation. They are more about money and doing things according to the book than being empathetic to patients or focusing on their needs. I worked as a front desk Registration scheduler and corporate actually has someone come in and watch you work once a month to make sure you are speaking in their”scripting”.. you cannot stray from their scripts . It’s demeaning and annoying. I would never work for this company again.

In the beginning it was just "me going to work." Now I get a bit anxious because of the "clock in a minute late and you are considered 15 mins late" policy. Kinds dread going in but it's a job and the pay is ok.

Starting wage is $15, but may differ based on experience. I came in with only about 6 months actual experience in a medical facility with a college degree in medical administration and was started at $15. Whether or not the site is union or non-union will also play a factor. I would go union if you want to make more.
