Need to stop forcing out older employees. I have witnessed on 3 separate times forcing people out and firing them before they can retire. It’s basic age discrimination .

Because we operate as a gig network of independent contractors, we don't have an interviewing process like full- or part-time jobs. In order to join our network, candidates are required to view an online orientation video about the program, pass a background check and drug screen, and successfully pass an in-person skills validation.

It was a group interview. Even though in email that was sent out. It never mentioned that this was going to be a group interview.

Start appreciating the employees and start choosing management wisely. Also get everyone drug tested as you have people in management that consume while at the workplace. The Charlotte CCC is a very hostile environment created by mainly managers who are buddy buddy with reps and share confidential information among the each other.
