There is about 2 weeks of computer work, you generally sit with someone and listen in for about a week, then you go to corporate for 2 weeks and come back n work.

Depends office to office. Diversity is one of Allstate's biggest things. Tattoos are accepted as long as they are below the neck. I've seen people with full sleeves. I've seen women with blue, purple, and pink hair. Just don't be like look at me, look at me and you'll be fine.

The people that are saying low salary must not work for a corporate office (and there are many of them across the country).

As someone who is an adjuster I would say it's the stress. They expect you to work 40++ hours and get all of your work done but they don't factor in they are always extremely under staffed which puts more pressure on the office.
