I work a standard 9-5.

Depends on the position. I'm an inside aduster and our hours are either 8-445 of 9-545 but they expect you to come in early or stay late will all the work that your expected to do. The pay is well and they are good if there is a family emergency, as well as provide a decent amount of time off. Generally I can work anywhere from 40-60 hours depending on that week.
Not very good

Company cell/email must be attended to 24/7, and you'll still never be caught up.
There is too much flexibility and perhaps a lack of accountability.

Normal business hours. Ask the top performers how they stay organized, and ask for tips to work efficiently. Then you won't work more than 8 hours to stay on top of your workload.
8-9 hours per day
