Owners should take the initiative to explore different means of getting leads instead of sitting in the office hoping someone calls or depending solely on recycle leads
You hire a field agent if you want to sit in the office to be successful because you too lazy or sit around and be unsuccessful.

The stress environment needs to change and numbers should not be a top priority. Managers should be given an assessment test before becoming a manager. All employees and principals should be drug and alcohol tested. All principles should learn and work their business. Systematic erasing of employees needs to stop. All employees should have the same training not a select few.

And I completely disagree with those complaint about health insurance they basically pay it for you, with a small contribution from you, maybe all of you complaining about the benefits should go maybe work for a Servpro or ServiceMaster, work long crazy hour on call 24/7 trice a month, barley making 15 an HR and there is NO health insurance offered, if they did have it, it would be equal to one weeks pay. The benefits, time off package, retirement, and freedom I had as an outside rep, taught me a whole new way of life.

They need to hire more people and train appropriately. Stop putting all the work on the senior people. And divide the work evenly.

People need to have good medical and dental insurance. In today's insurance people pay a lot and wined up with large co. Pays .t hats not fair or right. Today's society people got all to live. When companies stoped giving cost of living raises. Plus giving nickels and dime raises. People can't live they are just getting by. That's not fair or right.if you font like it companies will tell you,you can leave. Companies for get if it wasn't for employees they wouldn't be where they are. If all employees took one day off. The company would see how many million of dollars they would lose. I can go on and on.after 30 years I learned a lot. But I wasn't in a position to speak up with out losing my job think about it.

Need to treat employees fair. Font over work people. Family come first. That's what makes people want to leave. Because they dont get time with them. If single people dont mind let them work over time. Overtime should be voluntarily. Then you would get more people to work. If they got a goal like saving to go on vacation. Hire people like me willing to learn and work partime. We might consider becoming full time once we are train. You got to give people raises. People today stay because they need a job. Otherwise. If unhappy and they'll leave. Then you probably lost a hard skilled worker. Need to give bonuses. Get people something to work for. Promotion within the company give each a try then pick the best person for the job. I can go on i worked for my company for 30 years. I wanted out but needed a job. But because of our work schedule I can't find a company to pay me what I was making. Then.i became disable.now I'm on disability if I can find a job paying me more then I could try to go back to work. I would need training but I am a hard worker. Pay forward

Pay them more. I have always worked commission & have had very good success.
Pay them well & allow them to earn all they can. Don't punish them for doing good. Turn them loose & let them run. The cream will come to the top.

On the interview if you are asked SPECIFIC questions about the culture, about the work schedule, about the training. Do NOT lead people astray with answers that were NOT at all what happened
