If you are going to start an agency, make sure you have plenty of capital. Don't take their word for what the actual cost of gaining a new customer is going to be. It will be much higher than what they say.

Good work environment.

Good work environment. Rewarding in many ways. It was nice to have a big name recognizable name and brand like Allstate to bring to the customers. Quite easy to sell and service as customers really related to the name brand.
