Horrible management
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Garden City, NYFebruary 15, 2018
I loved the atmosphere and sales associates but the managements suck. They are very unprofessional and there’s no communication. The manager jeopardized sales with certain vendors and sometimes play with your money with the time sheets.
Pros
Discounts, easy work, good pay
Cons
Management, unprofessional, no communication

Productive and fun workplace with ping pong table
Director & Photographer (Former Employee) –  USAJuly 2, 2016
As funny as it may seem Crystal lake is just that, a Fun workplace with a ping pong table.

More features then most establishments Crystal Lake offers recreational activities, and daily events that create a great living environment.

Great kitchen with great coworkers, doing full meal lines, and Utility, and dishwashing.

The hardest part of the job was the hours of the job. We worked from 4 to 12 every 5 to 6 days.

The most enjoyable part of the job for me was honestly between eatting with the residents in the dinning hall during lunch, and watching whatever movie was on.
Pros
Free Lunches, Interaction, Wisdom, Caregiving

Increased responsibility
Branch Manager (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILJune 6, 2015
I was hired as a part time lead generator and allowed to prove my ability as an asset to the Company. I volunteered and assisted the manager in the office. I learned how to manage all aspects of the General Labor Temp Service where I systematically
was given increased responsibility to the level of Branch Manager. I worked well with my co-workers by following the systems they put in place to do their jobs smoothly whenever I was required to fill in during vacations and off-days. The hardest part of the job was last minute replacements when clients were no call, no show. The most enjoyable part was acquiring new business and seeing them increase their shifts and recommend our company under my leadership.
Pros
Recognition for a job well done.
Cons
On call 24/7
