The job itself isn’t the problem, it is the management. Micromanaging and constantly telling you what you aren’t doing right instead of complimenting you on what you’re doing well. Haven’t seen a raise in five years and I’m a top performer. Benefits are what keep me here.

It depends on your manager. Some people come in as early as 6.30, others as late as 9.30.

Ally switched to a relaxed dress code a few years ago. You can wear jeans every day. But many decide to stick with business wear. It’s nice to have an option.

20 days and goes up to 23 at year 3 (and continues to increase with other year milestones).

Unused PTO rolls over. You also get a rolling holiday and volunteer time (8 hours a year).

There’s also 10 company holidays. Basically everything but Easter & Columbus Day.

I got an email for requesting a phone interview 3 days after submitting my application. I initially got an email 2 days after applying saying my application was rejected, but the day after that, a recruiter emailed me about a phone interview. Don't know if that's good or bad, but I passed the phone interview and I'm moving forward as of now. Things are progressing fairly quickly; only 6 days between applying and the first interview.

Stop catering to just one group of people. Reward hard workers instead of promoting younger people just to keep them. I’ve never seen so many “managers” that only have one person reporting to them. What a waste of money.
