Almac used to be a fantastic company to work for but unfortunately the company's vision and goals started to change drastically. The integrity and quality of work, customer focus, and employees are no longer valued. It seems management became focused on micromanaging individuals and lost sight of the company objective- to get drug product to patients in need.
Work-life balance is a joke... New employees aren't properly trained due to having unqualified managers thus adding to the workload of the few experienced and knowledgeable employees.
However, most of the employees are overall great people to work with! There's quite a bit of stress due to being unnecessarily micromanaged and new folks not receiving proper training, but work aside, awesome coworkers.
