Sick leave was accrued bi-weekly based on hours worked and status (salary/hourly). At the salary level positions sick-leave was very circumstantial, more often than not sick leave hours were not used because often the time was easily offset by hours worked. When it was needed there was no issue with little-to-no notice. They understand sick leave is unexpected and want you and your family to be the utmost concern.
The interview process was long and thorough. They make sure to follow-up on references, background-checks, and you will meet with each member of management and the executive group as you advance through the interview stages. While the process feels tedious, the experience overall is good, and the level of exposure to each part of the company, both at the very top and at the more basic levels is great.
