Depends on the project. For the first campaign, I applied on the company's website, and about 2 days later, I got a call from a recruiter. He asked me some basic interview questions about why I was a good fit for the position. Then, he offered me the position. The process was that straightforward and easy. But, it depends on the campaign or client you will be working for. With the current client, I had to do a drug test and credit background check.

They should find better benefit choices

For the Samsung project, you could only work either a morning or an evening shift. The 8 hours are not flexible if you have tasks to do during the day. During training, they gave us the 6am - 3pm for the day shift. There was the 2pm - 11pm for the night shift. If you feel uncomfortable working during the nightly hours, they will not listen to you but instead question you (in a gaslighting tone) if you're really interested in the job.
