They don't care! I really think those gals in the office receive a commission for every time an interview is scheduled, w/o first looking at the prospective candidate's online assessment to supplement the meager wages they receive. It's all about quantity, not quality.

I applied on www.indeed.com. I was sent a link to schedule an interview. I did but the day before my interview, I got a call and they set up an interview for another department. I got to my interview:
First part I was told about the job, hours, pay, etc. Next I was asked normal interview questions.
Second part I was asked more questions by another person.
Third part The first interviewer came back in to offer me the position.
Fourth part I filled out some paperwork on the computer. Next you have to fill out information for the background check ( make sure you know all your past jobs ( addresses phone numbers) and addresses for last 10 years). Then I was given the paperwork for my drug test and the email to send a picture of my diploma, transcript and a pay stub and sent on my way. I got an email the next day asking for more information for my background check. I'm waiting for training to start now.
