I would suggest Alorica get rid of their current management at the Miami, FL location and start over. They need to hire more qualified leaders that is fair-minded, organized, and empathetic. The management team now is very disorganized, unfair, and lack empathy. They do not care if you are sick, have a deceased family member, or have children to attend to. You will still get terminated if they feel that you missed too many days.

Super easy but it does take a while. Your for sure to get hired as long as your not actively taking drugs and don’t have a serious criminal history / record. Bring process in Tulsa Oklahoma is about 3-4 hours so be prepared for that. Also you have to be at least 18 and have your high school diploma or GED

You need to recycle ABQ.NM You need to focus and follow through the poor work ethic of Managment Managment and Supervisors are able to maintain their jobs but it is revolving door for agents.Stop handling your company like a temp agency get rid of all Managment recycle avoid a class action suit granted another Highschool class is coming out but it will catch up with you.

Management was so hesitant to help with angry customers and then you have a bonus system based on customer surveys and most of the time they do the survey based on how they feel about the company not the service that was provided

You don’t get sick days. Even with a doctor’s note.
There are not only no paid holidays, there are actually no holidays off at all, period.

You accrue about 2 work days worth of PTO throughout the first year of working there, which is impossible to actually use because you don’t get that PTO up front, it’s earned in tiny increments throughout the year.

If you get sick and are out of the office, you get 1 point per day - 9 points and you are terminated. These points can also combine points from other ‘instances’(of which there are MANY) where for example: if you fail to keep your average call time under 29.5 minutes you get 1 point per week for “not meeting expectations.” Again, 9 points and you are terminated. If you turn it around, the points don’t drop off for 90 days.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - Alorica does everything in it’s power to hire you, burn you out in 6 months so you leave or get terminated, then rotate in a new set of unsuspecting individuals to go through the same process. Rinse & repeat. This is their Modus Operandi.

Consider working anywhere but here.
