Strangest job interview ever. First off, it literally takes 3 hours. Passed the typing test and assessments with flying colors. Then had two interviews. First went well. 2nd interview was the strange part. Standard interview questions which was fine but for some reason I wasn’t offered a job. What a huge waste of time. I guess if I was wearing sweatpants and sounded uneducated I might’ve snagged it but it’s slim pickings out here in NW Missouri.

No! They do not hire felons! Don't let their HR Dept tell you that you have a job and start Monday at 4:30! If you are currently working, you'd better stay where you are. This place is a joke! They sent an email the morning I was supposed to start training, rescinding their offer of employent because of background and charge was from 9 years ago...not theft, fraud or violent.
