Depends on the conviction. I see a lot of answers that aren’t accurate answers. If you have pending charges, warrants or recent charges those DO NOT show up on a criminal background check via NCIC. Alorica has contracts with less stringent background checks that will allow for hiring. But the bank contracts require an FBI background check and you will not get hired if you have felony convictions. The regular checks go back approx 7 years. 10 at most. If it’s been longer since your conviction, you’ll be fine. Just don’t apply for the bank or anything requiring a license you can’t obtain such as insurance sales.
