No! They do not hire felons! Don't let their HR Dept tell you that you have a job and start Monday at 4:30! If you are currently working, you'd better stay where you are. This place is a joke! They sent an email the morning I was supposed to start training, rescinding their offer of employent because of background and charge was from 9 years ago...not theft, fraud or violent.

I had a felony retail theft 5 years ago due to an addiction problem. But my life has changed and I have been not only a model citizen, but a very hard working employee.
Do I stand a chance or should I just CANCEL MY INTERVIEW??????

Yes, it's my understanding that they will hire a felon as long as the crime wasn't for theft.

They say they don't and they also say that they won't hire you and that she passed the drug test however with my experience there I am tired alcohol in water bottles illegal substances being used and sold and our designated smoking area
