10 hourly 10 weeks of paid training
Pay is $9/hr during training and bumped up to $10/hr after that (at the Alorica in Lafayette IN currently).
9.75 an hour for training and 10.50 for service manager
Training varies by project to project and center to center. It can typically be one to two weeks in class room and one to two weeks additional in OJT. Agents need to comply with strict attendance during training.
Alorica - CVS is a new project taken on at the end of 2015. There are several changes and adaptions that are in the making as a whole. Be patient and do your best. There is room for advancement for any age.

I believe the starting wage is 13-14$ per hour depending on the account
Training was good until you hit production floor. Start off at $9.00/hr until production floor ($10.00/HR)

$9, first 5 weeks you will not learn much in the class room. Next 7 weeks you will learn what you need once you hit the floor.

They start you off with a 6 week training class that will not prepare you for the experiences when actually dealing with the customers first hand but they do pay $11/h
