The things that are taught in the classroom become non-applicable once the trainees are on the floor ( aka nesting/production ) it would benefit the company much better if the classroom allowed phone calls ( non-live ) that covered certain hostile calls, and help better prepare the trainees to handle the call and to not need so much help once their on the floor.
Alorica needs to concentrate on their employees more, this company is known to have a very high turnover rate and that is not good. people want job stability.

I would show my employees appreciatation, provide the opportunity for managers and agent to earn raises. Be more organized and professional. Provide a more professional atmosphere for agents as well as managers. Bring back drug testing and require an assignment test a more qualified applicant. I work at Alorica for 1yr and 9 months before I decided I needed to look else where for work. My ending position was a success nay Team Manager and I did above and beyond work with no incentive or type of manager incentive, once you become a manager these no incentive your bonus if you call it is based on the whole sites performance. Not fair! That place is dirty, negative and ghetto rachet establishment I’ve ever worked at. I resigned and somebody decided that I didn’t deserve to get paid out my last bonus. After I earned that money from the agents I graduated for the month of March. HR hasn’t returned any of my calls, if you call lighthouse they still don’t do nothing at all or follow up. It’s just really sad that you can do what your supposed to and leave on a good note and still hard til my last day but this is how you disrespect me and my workethic. Worst company ever to work for.
