They should find better benefit choices
The response to COVID at the El Paso West site was god-awful. Otherwise, as stated by many others around the US: TMs can be nice or awful slave drivers, upper management doesn’t care, high turnover rates, if you’re sick they still want you to come in on your death bed or if you’re about to pop while pregnant (don’t think they have maternity leave as I’ve seen several pregnant co-workers lament about having to return as soon as possible after giving birth). You are probably better than that, so don’t do it.
Poor pay, short pay all the time, poor benefits, friends leave, team leads skew results to make their favorite members thrive while you are bringing up the rear. Lies, poor communication, lengthy time to fix pay shortages or promised bonuses. Nobody doing a thing about racial slurs or the poor training from SME’s.

Pay roll mistakes being marked absent or late when you're actually there logged in to your phone, no concern for employees safety they no longer have a security guard, fights in parking lot, people's badges not working so they have to wait 20 minutes for a supervisor to let them in building, one of the lowest paying of all call centers in the Tidewater area, they don't take doctors notes at all, if you miss one day you get verbal warning, bonuses are promised but hard to get they will find any reason to not give to you. The people who do work hard are not appreciated at all. There are lots of unfair and unfavorable conditions.
This job would be so much better if it were strictly hourly at $15 and bonuses quarterly for exceeding goals. They should also disclose you will be working with 3 rate leads and let you know the difficulties you will be handling.
Well since I was lied to when I took the job about my pay rate and potential fictional bonuses that after 6 months never changed. My schedule changes for the client working holiday so I don’t get Christmas thanksgiving or new year day off with my family. Constantly past over for promotions by new highers and having to train my manager about QA properly and whenever ever we have a team meeting being told chek right answers cause my manager do not know material
When I leave, it will be because there is so much negativity at this job that it makes my anxiety worse. Don't give me marks for not showing up early. Don't yell at me about the 30 second rule if you want everything documented correctly. Management should be more organized too.
This was by far thee worst job experience EVER!! Training is total boredom and a waste of time. You take notes for 2 weeks that you never get to use anyways. They care more about slave-like policies and rules than people. Seriously unorganized, unethical, primitive, nothing is professional. You can't ever use the washroom without being docked from your break time. That's gotta be illegal! This place sucks butt! Management lacks management. This place is without common sense on many levels. Supervisors are bullies that break all rules and harass you. This place drains your positive energy. Should be out of business. Don't waste your time...get a real job and save yourself the slave treatment.
Unethical managers who falsify stats and agents have zero recourse.
