To the person who asked about older people working here. No. You will find most employees here are between the ages of 18 and 29. I'm talking 75% just out of high school (or h.s. dropouts) if you're a mature, responsible person, you will be miserable at this company.

40 hrs and the time you work depends on the department you take calls for. For example I deal with customers in the United Kingdom so my shift is 4am-1:45pm because our 4am is there 9am. Crazy hours but at least I am home early.

Probably the only good thing was they have very flexible schedules but ultimately you will fall into a morning or afternoon schedule you either get off at 1pm or start at 1pm but there is a little leeway.
