40 hrs and the time you work depends on the department you take calls for. For example I deal with customers in the United Kingdom so my shift is 4am-1:45pm because our 4am is there 9am. Crazy hours but at least I am home early.

Probably the only good thing was they have very flexible schedules but ultimately you will fall into a morning or afternoon schedule you either get off at 1pm or start at 1pm but there is a little leeway.
