Pay more, how do you expect adults to afford rent with what you pay especially after canceling annual raises and taking away holiday pay.

"Alorica" needs to remember the "golden rule" treat others the way you would like to be treated! Stop the micro-management the favoritism, prejudice and biased attitudes that have been displayed and demonstrated by leads and management. The pay rate is horrible, work areas unclean, unruly display of employees, however, I have not seen these acts or environments conducted at other "call centers". Team leaders yelling during your calls does not promote professionalism. The advocates that represent you show nothing but extreme prejudice and lack of involvement towards those with disabilities. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

They need diversity as well as education amongst management. There needs to be more work balance supported and encouraged. The pay is low and the job is over the top stressful, everyone at Alorica should be making a living wage.

They hire who they want doesn't matter if your dressed to impress or not. Does not matter if you are qualified or not. You can go in there in bedroom slippers and use poor grammar and you'll get the job. Not very culture friendly place as they claim to be. They discriminate against age and color.
