Customer Care Representative (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – December 9, 2017
I would recommend Alorica, it is a good job with a lot of opportunities and great people to work with. People are polite and take care of each other. The only thing that is not acceptable is that the parking lot is most of the time full of trash.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – November 28, 2017
Handle customer care calls mostly about customer monthly bill walked customer through bill explained charges and educated on how to navigate companies website and application to make self service easier. Handle inbound calls when not being able to help resolve customers issue I would make sure to get the customers to the correct representative for further assistance.
Childish place to work, like working in a high school.
Customer Service Representative/AT&T (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – November 27, 2017
Childish place to work, like working in a high school. The supervisors never helped their teams and the hours werent given. They would send you home whenever they please and not teach anything on the systems to improve overall sales and work flow.
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – El Paso, TX – November 18, 2017
The job itself is simple enough, however the huge catch is the selling point after resolving the issues customer's face. It is quite nearly impossible to keep up with sale quotas when these people aren't interested in the product we are selling
Guaranteed many hours, lunch and breaks included, commission
Customer service/sales (Current Employee) – Alorica West El Paso – November 15, 2017
started as a fun envirment currentl a very stressful enviorment due to low sales, incentives have dropped drastically to sell. its either sell or loose your job. Managers walking around yelling for reps to sell. Little to no assistance when reps need help on non sales questions
Team Manager (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – November 9, 2017
