Answering Service Agent (Former Employee) – Saraland, AL – July 18, 2018
Very stressful environment they will hold you accountable for things out of your control and even to the point were annoyingly repeating steps with customers was preferred over actually getting them help.

I really enjoyed working at Alorica. Honestly the money is really good .The job is mot bad at all its a great place to advanced the only thing I hated was some of the customers. They were so spoiled and rowdy sometimes
Mandatory and Optional Overtime... Pays well ..Offers lots of bonuses
The customers 😂 and its boring when the call volume is low
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Saraland, AL – June 21, 2018
A typical day at Alorica was mainly taking phone calls. I learned different ways to handle customers. I think managament was ok. The hardest part of the job was calming down angery customers. The most enjoyable part was getting a nice check and bonus.

Alorica has a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed my time there. Most all of the supervisors that I met were very friendly. If you did not understand something almost anyone there would try their best to help you succeed.

High attrition rate. Like a revolving door, no matter how long you have been there, you can get walked out and at the same time, see about 12 more beginning. I've seen it happen more than once before I left.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Former Employee) – Saraland, AL – May 18, 2018
The people you work with is great but they don't really care about you you are replaceable. the bonus payout always changes and gets smaller each time so its harder to get. the pay is okay and when you find a team and people you like to work with it is good. good place to be for a short time.
CSR Manager (Former Employee) – Saraland, AL – May 17, 2018
the job is super easy to get into. everyone gets hired. they pay really well and overtime is always available. easy to do day swaps if you need time off and pto is available for everyone. easy to become apart of management and to step up as long as you are a good agent on the phone.
