Very stressful environment they will hold you accountable for things out of your control and even to the point were annoyingly repeating steps with customers was preferred over actually getting them help.
Pros
decent pay and hours
Cons
overly strict policies and bad management

Management does not care about staff. Higher management treats you like you are less than, pay was good, work load is manageable, stress is average, pay raises.

A typical day at Alorica was mainly taking phone calls. I learned different ways to handle customers. I think managament was ok. The hardest part of the job was calming down angery customers. The most enjoyable part was getting a nice check and bonus.
Cons

It's ok if you are mentally prepared to deal with customers and can think quick.
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Saraland, ALJune 12, 2018
A typical day is getting on the computer and listening to customer complaints and issues while you scramble around on the screen to find a way fix their problem.
Pros
Decent pay, many benefit opportunities, opportunity to advance from within
Cons
The customers can be rude, it feels like theres a million and one buttons and pages of tools to dig through to help, and its just a strain on the brain

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Saraland, ALJune 8, 2018
High attrition rate. Like a revolving door, no matter how long you have been there, you can get walked out and at the same time, see about 12 more beginning. I've seen it happen more than once before I left.
