Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Davenport, IADecember 16, 2017
This job okay for someone maybe straight out of high school but not for long term. The higher up department(hr, om and etc) are close knit and do not take what agents experience while working there serious. I have experience some discrimination at this job

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Valley, WADecember 15, 2017
its just not a very good place to work. if customer yell at you you just have to take it. people were nice, with call centers the most consistent thing is change, and if they change your department and you don't like it you'll have to stick with it as its what the client wants. alorica its self wasn't bad but the clients they work for i didnt agree with there process.

Alorica is a different world
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Spokane, WADecember 14, 2017
Alorica is a different world. The company has a high turn-over rate. The company tries to provide a good environment. The issue is the high turn-over rate is caused due to rarely any opportunity to advance.

CSR - Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Green Bay, WI 54301December 14, 2017
Learned how to better communicate on the phone The workplace is fun. The hardest part of the job is dealing with irate customers. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the friendly customers.

Working at Alorica was one of the worst experiences of my life. Management was mean and nasty, treated everybody like dirt. I am a generally happy person and working at Alorica I literally felt myself slip into a depression, I dreaded everyday having to go in.
Pros

Good secure job to get on your feet, not much room for advancement and strong favoritism. Good intentions bad execution, pay used to be decent now it's minimum.

Biggest issue was the disorganization and miscommunication of management.
Customer Service Representative/Call Center (Former Employee) –  Kennesaw, GADecember 11, 2017
Management and training are confusing. One manager will tell you to do something this way and another will tell you to do it a different way. A majority of the workers they hire are very immature, inexperienced, and unprofessional. NOT TO MENTION, there were multiple times people had problems getting paid (direct deposit messed up or checks were late).
Pros
Steady 40 hour work week, some benefits.
Cons
Bad management, immature employees, low pay, disorganization.

I enjoy what I do. This is a fast paced job and entails the usage of several computer programs. I find it fulfilling to be able to help other healthcare professionals, help their customers receive the most of their benefits
