Because they will promote mostly anyone regardless of qualifications to team lead, you have alot of young people with no professional experience leading teams, this leads to a incredible highschool like environment of favoritism, gossip, petty spats, and lack of actual knowledge to solve problems.
They will hire literally anyone who isnt a felon.
