Management was always helpful. Really big on work/life balance. There are ways to move up for higher pay very quickly as long as your numbers are high and attendance is great.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is extremely stressful, upper management only cares about making money. No longer about family, it is about the job. I am so glad I left!

To start with it was a fun place to work and then I got promoted and then demoted because supervisor was not a real role. Was talk of pay downgrade so I left.

Unrelenting back-to-back inbound calls. Pleasant Management communication but that was as far as it went. Strict metrics determined a higher pay rate but once your metrics fell below a goal, your pay was decreased back to original rate of pay you were hired at.

The team leads are rude. They mess up your checks and time and don't correct it. Its hard to get in touch with anyone. They quickly to put a ncns on your schedule. They change your schedule last minute without telling you. The whole company is disorganized
