Thank you for your comments. It is unfortunate that your experience with ALS is not as we endeavor it to be. As a result of our recent global engagement survey, we have identified employee recognition as a priority area and have developed programs to improve this area. In addition, we regularly provide training to our managers and supervisors to continually develop their skills around managing employees. In fact, we have some training scheduled for Tucson next month.
