Absolutely too many hours (80 hour weeks and working 90+ days straight) or 32 hour weeks during the winter. Don't expect to use your (little) vacation time on anything but forced days off from January - April. Oh, and don't expect to be able to pick which day of the week you have off during those forced vacation times. It's all about what works best for the bottom line, not for you.
