Love working here, but due to low standards of management qualifications within the company, it makes it hard to communicate properly with certain individuals. Officially filing a formal complaint against ALS Minerals and the Commission for Human Rights for my state. The standard to become a supervisor especially for the Corporate side of the company is miniscule. In hinder site, this company is great. Just needs better qualifications for the higher ups.
