Being a woman. Men doing the same job are making twice as much money. Women are treated like second-class citizens. They have a few females in management positions, but most women are treated poorly. You are called names if you stand up for yourself. It's a horrible place to work if you are female.

Just because they give you a date and time they will follow-up with you regarding whether you got the job or not doesn't mean anything. No problem being rude and blowing you off.
