Toxic environment. Everybody clocks in and puts on a smile, but everyone knows they've got something to complain about. Came in as a new guy wanting to learn, more than you see from a lot of people. They don't want you to do that. They want you to be like them. They want you to not have that drive, because training here is an inconvenience. The work here can be entirely too easy but everyone acts like they are putting in a hard days work. You will get nagged for not doing anything, even though everyone tells you there is nothing to do, all while doing nothing themselves. It's about as logical as it sounds. You will not survive here if you don't change yourself to be someone these people like. Minding your business makes you look standoffish. If you like working in a frat house, honestly you'd love it here.
