fun working place with great people
Fun, outgoing working environment for younger employees. Everyone got a long and was able to work well together and get things done fast. Its a more down to earth store so work days were not bad unless it was a slow day but working with any co-worker the shift was not bad. Some weeks were very low on hours so you never knew how many you would have.

Their motto is “Stand Out for Good” but the only thing that stood out to me was how over worked and under appreciated/paid we were as employees. They lie and tell you there is room for growth. Do NOT believe it. Going into work without makeup on is a crime in their book. Prices are WAY to expensive for the amount of money they actually spend to buy the product. The majority of the product can be found on Shein or ZAFUL. Save your money and your time. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Very rewarding place to work, environment was loving and peaceful everyone made you feel like family. Management was very caring and supportive, always took your requests for time off, never hesitated to help you with anything, and treated everyone fairly and never made you feel out of place. Great company to work for you can tell they care about you and want you to succeed. You are able to move up to management if a spot opens up and you express your interest to management. You get a great employee discount plus many friends and family days where you can bring in anyone to use your discount. Never a toxic environment, never competitive, everyone worked together to achieve the goals for the day. Also a wonderful feeling in working with a company with such a great cause.

Such a fun job with a lovely team and management that cares about all employees! The team is super nice and empathetic, which makes work fun. The community values learning and kindness and the company gives back to local communities.

a typical day at work is basically picking out outfits based on the person that comes in. Making them feel good about their buy. small space to work tho
