This organization is so poorly run, and takes such poor care of patients, that it is frustrating and stressful to work at. The office is full of incompetent and lazy people who offer no support, while patients complain about the poor quality of the clinical field staff. Getting supplies, equipment, or follow through for patients is a struggle. Compensation is not competitive, benefits are weak, and this is clearly not an organization to grow with. But, you can be sure you are contributing to the owners' red-bottom shoes, fancy cars, and vacation homes!
