It’s bi-weekly paycheck but don’t expect any raise of any kind. In fact, you have to consider when your benefits keep changing and getting worse your actually making less money all included not to mention there’s no Human Resources or help of any kind to receive the very benefits your entitled to. Ever since Altice bought out Cablevision this company has gone through excessive lay offs and forcing older employees out the door cutting costs everywhere there isn’t even the complimentary coffee anymore do NOT apply here if you have any desire to live just an ordinary basic “poor” life and don’t expect to ever get a promotion no matter what differences you’ve made to help the company do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs get out while you can this place represents the very face of evil corporate America and continually worse.

Stop showing favoritism and allowing your favorite to not work as hard as the non favorites. Stop looking at the numbets/stats we do a lot more than take calls and chats. More communication with your employee instead of guessing or assuming.

2nd day was literally told by my supervisor if it was up to him I wouldn't of been hired, reported to corporate who didn't care at all and told him I said it so he then retaliates by sending me to areas we don't service, refusing to give me employee benefits aka free service for internet, cable, phone and makes me pay the same as every customer.

During interview you are encouraged to go above and beyond but when it comes down to it you are punished if you hit too many doors or make more than 20 contacts. So in reality you are discouraged into working the bare minimum even if it hurts your chances at making potential sales.

The hardest part of the job is being sent to areas you know we don't service or can't give the service we are supposed to and make sales that you know will not go through which is a total waste of time all because your supervisor retaliates and gets reported for it but is defended by his boss who bluntly calls you out in front of peers and says you will be fired at the end of the month.

The future of Altice will be great because everyone needs Cable , Internet, and Phone. What Altice is doing to their customers will force subscribers to cord cut cable TV and move to internet prices for streaming TV. The internet prices will go up to compensate the loss of cord cutters. The company will always win so the future is good.
