I enjoy working at altitude because it’s a place where you can spend quality time with your loved one regardless of the age. People including myself benefit this place being established

Fun place to work for high-school and early college students.

This is not a job to advance in, unless you have a degree or ability to gain trust from management. Love the environment created by fellow staff and management. Flexible hours and ability to pick shifts up. Would recommend as a fun part time job, nothing permanent.

Ownership group is a pain to work for. To many cooks stiring the pot. They don't care about employees only lining their own pockets. If you just want a high stress low paying job then apply. If not then look elsewhere.
Pros
None
Cons
Ownership, managers, customers always getting hurt

Altitude is a great place to work...assuming three very important things. Number 1: you love kids. Number 2: you are responsible and capable of maintaining order in difficult situations. Number 3: you are sociable and capable of talking to all sorts of people without much trouble. While I worked there I was advanced rather quickly and the management people were always solid. It's a great job but sometimes the clients that come in are just the worst kind of people to deal with.

A lot of the managers are hard to work with there the job is fun but doesn't pay nearly enough also they don't let you get enough hours and they have bad communication.
Pros
