Floor Monitor (Current Employee) –  Tampa, FLApril 2, 2019
overall its a really fun place to work at. all of the employees makes you feel as though you are apart of a family. the only troublesome thing is the management there due to the fact that most site in the office and talk. other than that very chill and great place to work at, also very flexible.
Pros
flexible schedules, great work environment, children friendly.
Cons
managment paying attention.

Usually a fun place to work, but also stressful.
Court Monitor (Current Employee) –  Tampa, FLDecember 6, 2018
Hard work is not typically acknowledged and pay is not good. Overall hours are not good because they hire so many people and schedule few people- usually the same ones. They also tend to under-staff.

Cashier/Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLAugust 9, 2018
A typical day at altitude during all the kids are at school it is slow , sometimes it may be so slow they will send you home .
You get rarely any hours.
Hardest part of the job would be making sure you’re fast paced at all time .
Enjoyable part I would say are the co worker and manager there all friends and cool
Pros
Discount
Cons
Short break, no hours

A typical day at work for me is to clock in and tidy up the jumping area, I spend all of my day watching children jump through the trampolines and making sure they follow all instructions.

Fun place to work
Cashier, Party Host (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLJanuary 15, 2018
I would recommend this job to anybody and wish I never left. Everyone is very nice and it is easy to get a promotion there. The customers are almost always kind because they are happy unlike retail.
Pros
time off, relaxed, fun, easy for promotions
Cons
short breaks, they will overwork you if you’re good.

Poor Management, and rude coworkers
Party Host/Cashier (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLOctober 14, 2017
Poor management and rude, inexperienced coworkers. Some managers were well-versed and helpful to the employees as well as guests; however, some did not meet this expectation, and had trouble interacting and helping their employees. Employees themselves were quite young and had little professional skills, which at times created a hostile and sometimes uncomfortable working environment.
Pros
Fair pay, proximity to local food.
Cons
30 minute lunches for those under 18 ONLY, poor management, rude and inexperienced coworkers

Nice place to go jump, not so much to work.
Court Monitor (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLSeptember 21, 2017
Favoritism plays a big role within the management department. The owners son had to be moved up before anyone else was even looked at. The owners complain about everything. It's hard to get stuff done correctly when the owners can't even get on the same page as the management team. Everyone is all over the place. Maintenance is hardly ever done. No one checks or cleans underneath the trampolines. Very dangerous working environment.
Pros
Free jumping
Cons
Management, ownership, and pay

Expect to work with kids a lot. Manager's are nice, fun loving, and very energetic. Very clean and nice environment. Not a very high paying job. Hours are not super flexible.

I honestly love working here at altitude, all the workers get along and all work together and get along like family and it makes the working environment way better to work at. I am looking for another job because I don't get any hours here but not for any bad reason.
Pros
Free jump hours, Discounts
Cons
No hours.
