It's ok
Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Cedar Hill, TXFebruary 15, 2019
Though my Experience was short at Altitude Trampoline park , It was on the first jobs I've ever had and I wouldn't recommend working there to anyone. It was very fast paced , packed very Saturday and Friday. The pay is low and you barely get any hours. The mangers most definitely had their favorites , if they didn't like you they would cut your hours to literally one day a week. You had to almost beg to work. Besides the negative it was a fun place to work at especially if you love kids. IF you do choose to work there good luck you

Great team, fun working and very welcoming
Cashier/Customer Service (Current Employee) –  San Antonio, TXNovember 20, 2018
A typical day could go either way. It can be busy or it can be very slow depending on the day. They taught me how to deal with money, How to help a costumer in any way I could. The managers were all very nice and respectful never had any problems with them. All the coworker's were all very nice and helpful. We all helped each other out when needed and made sure everyone was in a safe environment. The hardest part was when it was very busy and the computer's would stop working and our costumers would get frustrated and mad. But all the coworker's were there to help out and treat everyone like family.
Good break times, Free snack and drink.

It’s not too bad for a first job but definitely not somewhere to stay at.

Altitude is a fun environment but it does not fit my needs anymore. It is very good as a starting job for a teen, but not something to keep long term.
