It was easy.
Ohio - Party Host (Former Employee) –  Mansfield, OHSeptember 17, 2018
it was an easy job, just help parties with whatever they needed, which usually wasn't much. Some days you would only get like one party, which means fewer tips.

Great place to take your children
Party Host, Court Monitor (Former Employee) –  Little Rock, ARJuly 3, 2018
Management sucked. They have favorites of course and some staff appeared racists. If you confronted management about their wrong doing it’s automatic termination.
Pros
Working with the kids were fun, Those tips while being a party host helped with my bills while in college
Cons
No benefits offered unless you were part of management, Staff favorites and if you aren’t one it created an uneasy work environment

Terrible place to work
Party Host/Cashier (Former Employee) –  Little Rock, ARJuly 3, 2018
The managers were awful and if you didn’t share their beliefs and weren’t their favorites, you were targeted. They also played employees off each other to try and get them to turn on each other. They’d purposefully schedule you as a court monitor to punish you from getting tips as a party host if they were mad at you no matter how many rave reviews you received as a host! They made me cry once and an employee hugged me, and they were targeted and got in trouble for this! Terrible work environment, and if you aren’t conservative you will be gone fast!
Pros
Free food
Cons
Management, Some staff backstabbing

Great interaction for children, poor employment expirence
court monitor clip and climb front desk party host (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, NCJuly 2, 2018
If you love being able to interact with children and parents this is the job for you. With that being said, the hours you will receive are poor unless you are a favorite of the owners. Favoritism is a huge part of being treated well in this place. The owners discriminate and try to play employees against each other. Daily, monthly, and weekly inspections are not performed like they should be. If you choose to work here you will realize how quick the turn over rate really is.
Pros
the children
Cons
management, the owners, the way people are treated.

Poor Management, and rude coworkers
Party Host/Cashier (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLOctober 14, 2017
Poor management and rude, inexperienced coworkers. Some managers were well-versed and helpful to the employees as well as guests; however, some did not meet this expectation, and had trouble interacting and helping their employees. Employees themselves were quite young and had little professional skills, which at times created a hostile and sometimes uncomfortable working environment.
Pros
Fair pay, proximity to local food.
Cons
30 minute lunches for those under 18 ONLY, poor management, rude and inexperienced coworkers

Fun place to work at, but not the best.
Cashier and party host (Current Employee) –  Richardson, TXJuly 26, 2017
This job can be fun, yet stressful. The management is at times rude. We require 2 dollar socks to jump, but majority of the time we are out of them which either makes customers happy that they don't have to purchase them, or upset for their child's safety. The schedule never gets published until Sunday, at the last minute. You never work the same days or hours. Also, when you're a court monitor and have been on your feet for over 4 hours you're still not allowed to sit.
Pros
flexible schedule.
Cons
short breaks. rude management.
