A great place to have fun and run around and blow some steam off.
Court Monitor (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXJanuary 22, 2019
My typical workday consisted of standing there and watching out for people not doing the right things, such as running , or not following posted rules. I learned how to work with people both young and old, and i developed a better sense of cooperation with people. The hardest part about my job was having to pay close attention to my surroundings and be quick to see if everything was running smoothly. The culture is very diverse and it is always great to see people getting along and having fun together. The most enjoyable part was getting to see kids smiling because they are enjoying themselves.
Pros
decent break in between, fun environment
Cons
management was sometimes lacking

Fun Job to work while in school
Team Lead (Former Employee) –  Fayetteville, ARDecember 26, 2018
This job was fantastic for me, the culture and environment were pleasant and fun. It isn't a serious long term career option for many, unless you plan to reach management, but it is great for those in school or needing a fairly laid back job.
Pros
Jump all you want for free
Cons
Kids can be annoying sometimes

Don’t work here.
Court Monitor (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, NCNovember 17, 2018
A Typical day at Altitude is frustrating because we would be low on staff because of people quitting or getting fired. The management is horrible they watch cameras 24/7 even when they’re not in the building.Altitude had great stuff when they first started,Now they don’t.Altitude is very strict when it comes to rules. You have to work a certain amount of hours to get a break. The hardest part of the job is when you have to close and there isn’t a big staff that night. They barely will give you hours that’s where the favoritism part comes in.The most enjoyable part of this job is that you get a discount for working there and you get to jump around and have fun while doing your job.Interacting with customers is also enjoyable.
Pros
Interacting with customers
Cons
Management plays favoritism

Fun and Friendly workplace within Altitude Trampoline Park
Team Lead (Current Employee) –  Keller, TXNovember 1, 2018
A typical day at Altitude Trampoline park is checking in and greeting customers. Making sure that our park is as clean as possible. safety and customer service is the number one priority here at Altitude. The Culture here is like no other ! The co-workers are Very friendly, it's like a family bond within the employee's. This job is really easy, there's lnothing hard about it at all. But I have to say that the most enjoyable part about working here is the FREE food, and serving loyal customers.

You are always on your feet watching people jump. Or helping out with a party if they need help. You are always doing something. It’s a great place to work at if you want a part time job or full time.

Altitude Trampoline park
Court Monitor (Former Employee) –  Monroe, LASeptember 3, 2017
Altitude Trampoline Park has a great working environment , the emeployees are usually very friendly and active with customers . My time their I developed new people skills, different ways to communicate with people . The only thing about this job is that you will have sore feet and aching back from standing up all day with no shoes on the hard floor . The owners that were over my location were for the most part very kind and outgoing and loved to get new ideas from employees .

during the week its not busy at all but during the weekend is when its the busiest due to birthday parties and good deals. I learned that you cant always satisfy everyone but the effort is what matters. management had a lot of favorites which weren't appreciated. hardest part of the job were the bad injuries but the most enjoyable part was being able to interact with some of the customers and have a good time.

discounts

The hardest part about the job is to please every customer and their kids. We have to have to be fair in most situations dealing with the children out on the court and allowing everyone to be happy. Some children refuse to listen to the court monitors out working and its hard for us to have them listen, but overall its a fun and exciting place to work at.
