Make overtime optional, include sick days, change the point system to allow for no point if a doctors note is brought in, change point system to allow points to fall off in three months instead of one year.

There are no sick days allotted. The schedule is 12 hour shifts. Thee 12 hour shifts one week, second week is 4 12 hour shifts. Forced over time. Point system inplace. If you miss to many days you are fired.
