Need to allow a better balance of personal and work life. During slow season reps should be given 2 days off together. No down time can be accomplished with days off spread out and inconsistent.
Flexible needs to be back in the scheduling, this is why we do what we do. Not everything can be done in 4 hrs in one store. Some stores take more or less on any given day.
Stop with threats of being written up. No one feels any job security.
Trust that you have hired good decent workers and stop running them off.
And mostly find help no one person can do this work alone, even on off seasons!

Altman Specialty Plants is a seasonal business and as such working hours vary during the year.
Our heaviest schedules are during Spring and right before the holidays.
Most employees should expect to work longer hours than usual and with less flexibility.
During our off seasons our schedules are more flexible.
