At firsts, I was really excited and loved going to work. That slowly went away because of some of my coworkers acting like high schoolers gossiping and teaming up against other coworkers, they were acting like high school students and our boss did nothing about it nor addressed the situation. One of the reasons I left Altura if it weren't for those coworkers I would still be there, they made it a hostile place to work in.
What advice would you give the CEO of Altura Credit Union about how to improve it?
Quit! You require others to live the values, yet you don't feel you need to.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Altura Credit Union a better place to work?
I would make sure management communicates with staff to get important information on process flows before making changes. It's good to get input from those actually performing the job.
