The Culture has changed since the last CEO. It is negative and deceitful. There is no room for a team building culture, although upper management wants you to believe there is. The timing of the last employee survey requested by management, was coincidentally at the same time staff received a 5% pay increase. Management is not ready to see what the real problem is. A high turnover rate and a revolving door culture is not a place to work.
