Aluwind as a company was flexible, which was important. I was certified to drive a forklilft here, as well as having learned many skills such as machining skills, fladder and laser operation, pressbrake and the skills necessary for my department, Shipping and Recieving/ Assembly. Management was good about keeping a relationship with the crew, however the highest managment was in a foreign country, which dictated key decisions for us, and led to much gridlock and lack of flexibility. the work itself was very enjoyable, and I was even exposed to some leadership in my position here, however, the greater scheme, in terms of job stability, I would not recommend this company.
flexible schedule, enjoyable work and coworkers.
unstable and unsteady workload.
