They give you a lot of hours they really do appreciate the clients, employees I was greatful the time I work there you get some clients that lie and throw things at you but that’s part of the job some of our elderly are not ready for Strangers to take care of them because of Society today most of all I enjoy working for this company
The staff there is horrible every time I look around there’s new people there and talk to you in a kind away every other week they’re messing up your check they don’t respect your work and how many years you’ve been There I’ve been there five years and I’m sick and tired looking for a new job the man is in charge can have an idea what’s going on you can never talk to him
My day at work was always good because I loved so much to take good care of my clients because they were always happy people,I learnt to be patient because some patients were aggressive and the most happiest moment was to see my clients happy.
housekeeping work and running errands and if the patient could not do something ill would fill in and help them i love helping people when they are in need. just makes me feel good knowing i helped someone that really need it.
I love working for always best care. The only thing I do not like is thst they offer no benefits . Always best care works with my schedule. I would like to work there 40 hours a week but they dont offee that to me
It was a nice company but not very organized. shifts were not covered and employee's were often late in covering their shifts. It became frustrating for me because I also had another job and school to attend and could not be late.
My days and nights on each job was very challenging but great. I learned that no two people are the exact same. Management is very understanding and mandated. The homes I went into were always home felt and the clients were nice and friend with being very satisfying with their services. The hardest part of my job is knowing I cant stay longer than is required. The most enjoyable part of my job is the client in how they felt about me working with them.
Not being able to give them the fullness of my strengths
Always Best Care is a great agency....I wish they paid more but overall it’s ok....in 6 yrs I haven’t really advanced & only received one raise...certain staff members make it easy & convenient for you while others go out they way to be rude or inconsistent when it comes to finding you work to best fit your schedule or financially being able to be comfortable with what your making & being able to survive overall
Horrible place to work I would not recommend it. Had to call the Better Business Bureau due to discrimination against the white race you will work your butt off for a little nothing pay had to call the Maryland labor board because I had money taken out of my paycheck By Management I really think indeed needs to take this job off their listing! Management also had anger issues yelled at me constantly you are not properly trained at all they throw you to the wolves and expect you to learn on your own but when you make mistakes there right there to Yell at you for your mistakes
I would definitely stay far away from the Palm Desert office. They tell you you’ll be “full time” but not true. It’s whoever can respond to their “mass” text messages the quickest. So, good luck with paying rent... And when you DO happen to get a check, they don’t pay what’s due to you. They make excuses “it’s this, it’s that, you’re wrong, you’re not understanding” and this has been a complaint of many people that I’ve spoken to. It’s sickening how they treat their employees. Don’t know how they sleep at night. There’s so many other places to choose from. I’d steer clear of these idiots!
They make sure that they clients come before anything if they clients is uncomfortable then they will do anything in they power to fix that plus they always giving out free stuff to they employees to show they appreciation
My patients were perfectly match for me...I was able to care for my same patient for 2yrs that gave me a chance to work closely with her family...It helped the process go so much smoother as she did not want any help at the beginning. And after 24 hrs she warmed up to me and upon my relocating it was a little hard leaving but it was needed for me.They transitioned her as I was leaving with another HHa.
