Very tough work but there's some good people that work there
Face installer (Former Employee) – Lawrence, KS – October 2, 2018
My job as face installer was very physical very repetitious had to pay very close attention to detail it was somewhat hot next to an oven no teamwork in that area whatsoever those people like to see failed and succeed or help them
Get in good shape quickly
Sore back tennis elbow very stressful carpal tunnel the list goes on
Very fun place to work M-F 8-5 schedule weekends off
General Manager (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – March 11, 2019
Worked there 15 plus years only problem I had was that nobody from District Managers and higher would ever cover my region or my vacation time. I would always have 20 or more days of vacation time. Benefits are expensive and don't cover much. I would have retired from Amarr(Entrematic) but eventually got burned out.
Good pay, M-F schedule
Overworked, no regional support, beware of some customers they get you in trouble and management won't back you up.
