Make more flexible night shifts.

Better vacation time, Allowing employees to take time off without points being added

Treat people like humans, have better communication, train people properly, staying knowledgeable about promotions, bonuses and get rid of the heavy work load and make it a different department where heavy items are dealt with like heavy metal tools, tiles, water cases and etc.

Longer breaks, at least 45 minutes. Stop talking about rates if your machines don't function majority of the time.

Actually put my time into helping my coworkers to meet deadlines versus watching a screen.

Promote and hire more internal mangers and PA

Retrain all operations managers.

Hire unbiased employees, provide workers with proper equipment, raise Pay according to what the job entails, ensure employees safety.

Start fresh you have everyone breaking policy’s and rules just to get a good quota not cool at all! Hard to revert people use to breaking all the policy’s there even the training class a 6 year old can get the class and be a driver
