The process is through your phone, not on site.
You will be hired on the spot… because the company can’t keep their employees due to the temperament of the owner. The owner has a business model of hiring and firing… firing and hiring… a vicious cycle of toxicity.

It’s easy because they can’t keep their employees.
Manageable
They discuss benefits and a road to success in a group. Everything sounds great, like they will be there to help you achieve your goals, but it is a lie if you are a good worker and want to go to another position,the manger will do everything to stop the process and the mgmt are not knowledgeable of your job they talk to you very disrespectful. I speak from experience and reported to HR and their have been no follow up with me.
