I was an intern, only negative was the older engineers would steal all easy tickets leaving nothing for me. When you are an intern and aren’t getting tickets closed they notice. Managers are very understanding, all I did was bring it up with the manager and everything was fine

Work was a typical find the food, pack and label. Management makes work environment worse, depending on the person, you will get talked down on for not meeting quota even though there isn’t enough work to meet said quota.

Hated it, only 2/3 worked , the other was managers and who they liked pushing rates that ate not realistic, writing you up continously for everything etc
Program Manager in Seattle, WA

Lots of turnover and you'll get burnt out quick. The company has gone through massive layoffs, which results in constant re-orgs and manager changes.

Management was good. It took a lot of hard work to be able to understand the business of how Amazon does their process. Their process is different from other companies.
