##1I would build my team morale by being the one that would get in there to ensure that production was net even if that meant me jumping in to help out not just bark orders and make ppl feel like they are a number ready to be replaced

Better training when Associates are advanced within. When managers get hired from the outside, they go through lots of training. When a manager gets promoted from a tier 3, they just have to figure it out on their own.

Honestly this job is impossible to schedule around. You're working 12 hr shifts 4 days a week trying to make goal. Goals are hard to make so few actually mnage this. This means a mandatory extra shift or MET. Say goodbye to time to go to school, see your kids, or anything else if you work with amazon! Utterly awful.
