What is the interview process like at Amazon.com?
Asked January 15, 2016
There is no interview. All you have to do is submit your application for the position you want, make a pre-hire appointment so that they can initiate a background check and drug test, and they'll also give you a possible start date IF you pass both. Of course, things could change if something comes up. But if you're cleared on both, then you'll be given your start date and you also will receive two emails. One is for the training that you will need to complete 24-48 hours before your first day at work and the second is for other employment forms such as payroll direct deposit, terms of employment, non-disclosure agreement, etc.
