Depends. Pre-orientation training is done online, and they will not pay you for the actual time you spent doing the modules; only the estimated time to compete. I was told when I went for drug testing and schedule confirmation that it’s approximately two hours, but estimated time was like 5.5 hours, and it actually took me nearly 11 hours, because their systems are awful, and the modules will freeze or otherwise screw up, and you have to start all over again; I had to redo multiple modules, one of them four times. After the nearly 11 hours I spent doing these on my own time at home, I was paid less than 6 hours.

They really don’t train you. They should you around the first and tell you about everything and on the second day they show you what to for like 5 minutes and they leave you by yourself.
